Job Overview:
OCL is looking for experienced and passionate Cricket Coaches to train players, build competitive teams, and maintain high performance standards throughout the league season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct player trials and assist in team selection
• Design and implement structured training programs
• Improve player skills (batting, bowling, fielding, fitness)
• Develop match strategies and game plans
• Monitor player performance and provide feedback
• Ensure discipline and team spirit
• Coordinate with team management and league officials
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cricket coach or former competitive player
• Certification from recognized cricket association (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to mentor young and emerging players
• Availability during training sessions and match days
Preferred Qualifications:
• BCCI / State-level coaching certification
• Experience managing T20 format teams
