Job Overview
The Tournament Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the complete tournament schedule while ensuring smooth operations across all stages of the event. The role requires strong coordination, strategic planning, and real-time problem-solving to deliver a successful and well-managed tournament.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive match fixtures and tournament schedules in alignment with league regulations and timelines
• Coordinate with participating teams, venue authorities, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Manage communication between match officials, umpires, referees, and technical staff
• Oversee match-day operations to ensure adherence to rules and quality standards
• Monitor tournament progress and ensure timelines are strictly maintained
• Handle logistical planning including venue readiness, equipment setup, and scheduling adjustments
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to avoid disruptions
• Prepare post-match reports and performance summaries
