About OCL:
OCL is a fast-growing cricket league focused on developing talent, delivering high-quality tournaments, and creating professional opportunities for cricketers. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee cricket operations and ensure smooth execution of league activities.

Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing player coordination, match operations, logistics, and overall team administration. This role requires strong leadership, planning skills, and a deep understanding of cricket operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day cricket operations and league activities
• Coordinate with cricketers, coaches, and support staff
• Manage match scheduling, venues, and logistics
• Ensure smooth execution of tournaments and practice sessions
• Handle player documentation, contracts, and compliance
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and team arrangements
• Maintain communication between management and players
• Monitor operational budgets and expenses

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sports operations (Cricket preferred)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of cricket formats, rules, and league management
