This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made toward trials, registrations, and entry fees for sports events and tournaments organized by Overseas Cricket League (OCL) (“OCL”, “we”, “our”, “us”). OCL is a vertical of Pudvi Investment Solutions Private Limited, registered at SCO-2, Omaxe City, Sector-8, Sonipat – 131027, Haryana, India.
By registering for any OCL event and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. Nature of Fees
1. All fees paid to OCL, including but not limited to:
o Trial fees
o Entry fees
o Tournament registration fees
are charged toward event planning, administration, venue booking, logistics, officials, and operational costs.
2. Fees are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against future events unless explicitly stated in writing by OCL.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds Will Be Provided Only in the Following Case:
1. Event or Tournament Cancellation by OCL
o If an event, trial, or tournament is fully cancelled by OCL, registered participants will be eligible for a refund of the trial fee or entry fee paid.
No Other Circumstances Qualify for Refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall not be provided under any of the following circumstances:
• Participant withdrawal for any reason
• Absence or no-show on the event date
• Failure to qualify in trials or selection rounds
• Disqualification due to rule violations or misconduct
• Change in personal schedule, injury, illness, or travel issues
• Incorrect registration details submitted by the participant
• Event postponement or rescheduling (unless the event is permanently cancelled)
• Change in venue, format, or match schedule
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
1. If an event or tournament is postponed or rescheduled, the registration and entry fee shall remain valid for the new date.
2. No refunds shall be issued in case of rescheduling, irrespective of participant availability.
3. OCL shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation.
5. Refund Process (If Applicable)
1. In case of event cancellation by OCL, eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
2. Participants may be required to submit a refund request via email with:
o Registered name
o Payment reference number
o Event details
3. Refund processing may take 7–14 working days from confirmation of cancellation.
4. Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted where applicable.
6. Partial Cancellation
1. If an event has already commenced and is later discontinued due to unavoidable circumstances, no refunds shall be applicable, unless OCL decides otherwise at its sole discretion.
7. Right to Decision
1. All refund-related decisions made by OCL shall be final and binding.
2. OCL reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria defined in this Policy.
8. Policy Updates
OCL reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
