These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in events, tournaments, and services offered through www.oclt20.com (the “Website”) operated by Overseas Cricket League (OCL), a vertical of Pudvi Investment Solutions Private Limited, having its registered office at SCO-2, Omaxe City, Sector-8, Sonipat – 131027, Haryana, India.
By registering on the Website, paying any entry fee, or participating in any OCL tournament or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
a. Participants must meet the age, skill, and category criteria specified for each tournament or event.
b. For participants below 18 years of age, parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory.
c. OCL reserves the right to verify identity, age, and eligibility at any stage.

2. Registration & Entry Fees
a. Entry into OCL tournaments or events requires successful online or offline registration and payment of the prescribed entry fee.
b. Entry fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
c. Registration is considered complete only after successful payment confirmation.
d. OCL reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its discretion.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
a. Entry fees once paid are generally non-refundable, as they are used for event planning, venue booking, logistics, and administration.
b. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
b.1. Event cancellation by OCL
b.2. Event postponement where the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date

4. No refund will be provided for:

a. Participant withdrawal or no-show
b. Disqualification due to rule violation
c. Incorrect information provided during registration

Refund decisions made by OCL shall be final and binding.

4. Event Modifications & Cancellation
1. OCL reserves the right to:

a. Modify match schedules
b. Change venues
c. Alter tournament formats
d. Reschedule or cancel events due to weather, safety, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, OCL shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or personal expenses incurred by participants.

5. Code of Conduct
a. All participants, teams, and associated persons must:

a.1. Follow tournament rules and match regulations
a.2. Maintain sportsmanship and discipline
a.3. Respect officials, opponents, and organizers

2. Misconduct, abuse, cheating, or violation of rules may result in:

a. Immediate disqualification
b. Removal from the venue
c. Forfeiture of entry fees
d. Ban from future OCL events

6. Health, Fitness & Safety
a. Participants confirm that they are physically fit and medically cleared to participate.
b. OCL shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or health issue arising during or after participation.
c. Participants take part at their own risk and are advised to have adequate medical insurance.

7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. OCL, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and staff shall not be liable for:

a. Personal injury or death
b. Loss or damage to personal belongings
c. Any indirect or consequential losses

7.2. Participation is voluntary and entirely at the participant’s own risk.

8. Use of Media & Promotional Rights
8.1. By participating, you grant OCL the right to:

a. Photograph and record videos during events
b. Use names, images, videos, and performances for promotional, marketing, and media purposes

8.2.No compensation shall be payable for such usage.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on the Website including logos, designs, text, graphics, and tournament formats are the intellectual property of OCL or its licensors.
9.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Usage
10.1. Users agree not to:

a. Provide false or misleading information
b. Attempt unauthorized access to the Website
c. Misuse or disrupt Website services

10.2. OCL reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

11. Privacy
All personal data collected during registration and participation shall be governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sonipat, Haryana.

13. Amendments
OCL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation or website usage constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
